Sorry I haven’t posted much in the last 24hrs

Reasons;
Busy, work, sleep, with friends, and YouTube :/

But I have been pretty healthy, so I’m proud, and even though it’s only been 4 days, I think I can see that I’ve lost weight.

Is it possible to see a difference in only 4 days?

Vegemite sandwich for lunch, I ended up snacking on sugary foods all morning as a result of not eating breakfast. Lesson learnt.

So I made up for it in the afternoon and had 2 boiled eggs for afternoon tea :) loving my eggs right now.

Dinner was amazing. Made it myself. Cut up some beef, added pepper, Italian herbs, salt. Masterchef here I come!

And cardio boxing with 2 of my friends this evening. It was HARD. Even that is a massive understatement. But I’m determined to get better.

Walked again to pick up the kids, something so simple yet effective exercise.
My afternoon snack. 1 boiled egg and a few almonds. Yum :)
Dinner was steak and salad. I’ve had a very healthy day number 2.

Welcome to my new followers :) thank you so much for supporting me.
I decided to walk to school and kindy this afternoon, where as I usually drive.
Dinner, possibly too much rice, but I have netball tonight and it’s only 4.45pm so i don’t think I’ve done too bad today :)

Also I’ve drank about 3-4 glasses of water (I average usually 1 glass a day) so today has been a victory!

True story: This morning I wanted to cut my workout in half because I really wasn’t in the mood, but then I reminded myself of how much work Joe Dempsie must’ve done to achieve that body the ASOIAF fandom has been drooling over for days now, so I sucked it up and did every last lunge in my routine. Moral of the story is: Joe Dempsie’s abs are inspirational.
